je viens de changer la rotule inférieure gauche plus souffler de cardans de mon t4 ,pas vraiment facile quand on n'a pas l’habitude, mais réalisable. maintenant je doit faire rotule inférieur et( supérieur gauche)......grâce a vous je vois, que sans un outil d'extraction c'est impossible . votre video ma bien aidé merci.

Merci pour votre vidéo, très pratique et très directe. Pour la rotule du bras supérieur, sans l'arrache et sans débloquer la barre de torsion, ce n'est pas possible. Avec vos conseils et l'achat d'un arrache sérieux en Allemagne via Amazone, cela a très bien fonctionné. Fini le cloc-cloc entendu comme sous le siège conducteur, c'était bien la rotule de suspension supérieure qui était HS. SUPER !

Вставьте головку 26-32 мм под верхний рычаг заднего сайлентблока Что бы его ослабить. И не надо откручивать торсион , для того что бы его ослабить.

loved the tongue concentration .excellent video .. nice tip on the long ball joint shortening . I did my T4 some time ago and cannot remember how I achieved that tough ball joint removal . I am replacing the anti roll bar bushes and drop links , both drop link upper rubbers had shredded and the suspension was creaking due to the metal to metal friction . I am an old 75 years but good mechanic . Obviously still things to learn .. well done .

Excelente video esta persona si sabe utilizar las herramientas adecuadas para retirar y colocar cada rótula, no como los mecánicos comunes que todo lo quitan a martillasos y a la larga arruinan otras piezas de la suspensión.

Merci pour ce tuto TRÈS bien expliqué (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas, il faut bien l'avouer). Une chose est sûre : sans l'outil spécial pour la rotule de suspension supérieure, inutile de s'y lancer. Par contre, pour les autres, c'est de la petite bière, à condition, bien sûr, d'avoir l'extracteur pour les deux autres.

Suis emmerdé par le bouchon de carter d huile moteur sur mon acv...Il est assez arrondi...La meilleure astuce? Egalement souci de démarrage à froid...préchauffe pas... une idée ?(relais d'apparence ok,fusibles et bougies neufs). Par contre j'ai rénové mon démarreur à moindre frais( kit balais, et bague laiton:)) ,comme neuf!

Teşekkürler aynı işlemi bugün 1999 model T4 için yaptım henüz bitiremedim ekstra olarak salıncak burç değişimi stabilizatör değişmi gerçekleştirdim diğer teker içinde yapmayı planlıyorum triger seti değiştirmeyi de yapmak istiyorum ama onun için bilgiye ihtiyacım var kolay gelsin Thanks, I did the same process for 1999 model T4 today, I couldn't finish it yet, extra swing bushing change, stabilizer change, I'm planning to do it in the other wheel, I want to change the timing set, but I need information for that, take it easy.

apply copper slip on all threads contact point makers it very easy to remove

what about fact that screw is not meant to go of easily - it relays on friction to do its job so you basically make screw malfunctional by applying any friction modifier -.- if you want to prevent rust you can apply appropriate thread lock compound, or/and just clean surfaces of contact to bare, smooth to 100grit level, metal...

5***** Great Video of Van porn. Can I suggest you tap the top ball joint retaining spring hoop away from you. As it is less likely to come out & it was designed that way. If you notice the rim is deeper that side.
