Tutorial #4 ODBC Client Driver - Kepware

I have a problem when i try to connect with a database in SQL by query method. Some devices can read the tags and another can't. Every one uses the same query, only the difference is the "where" on code. The error is "Unable to open recordset on device. Reason: Query timed out". How can I solve this problem?
