Bare with me Marylyn... it's a bad brain fog day. I'm trying to recall which punch I used in here. It would have been either the Happy Planner Punch bit.ly/3cVTiuA (watch the FB group.. they do come up second hand. Not sure about the shipping costs as the punch is heavier. If it's the cropidile punch, it's this one bit.ly/3TQNTWj. You could also look at buying the Arc Punch which is a staples bit.ly/3cSjVjX granted the stems on the mushroom part aren't as deep as HP. However, from what I've heard, the Arc punch is the crème de la crème compared to HP. I've not had many problems with my HP punch. However, I did punch thin laminate on it and kind of bunged up my first one. It still worked... but it could be full of attitude if it wasn't in the mood. lol However, if you're just planning on punching paper, the HP punch would be fine. I love inking the edges of torn paper. Gives it such a neat look. I'm glad you liked the video Marylyn!

LOL. I watched this AFTER your sunflower spread! I have used a bit of scrapbook paper in spreads but not much. I also do card making and you are so right - expensive! I'm always having to decide whether to spend my budget on card supplies or planner supplies! LOL such a tough life! Thanks for the practical thinking. 🙂

Reenie!! I am so excited to see your sunflower spread!! I’ve seen some other planners use sunflowers as well. Plus you did a good job at doing this video. My absolute fav flower are sunflowers!! I have other fav flowers but not like sunflowers. I’m really ready for fall to go to the sunflower fields and pick them!! Hubby and my boys go to pick different types of sunflowers to give me. While they pick sunflowers. I enjoy every moment. 🌻🍁

I tried growing them once years ago... damn snails got to them faster than they could grow. Oh, I'm totally ready for fall. I even broke my own rule and use "fall" stuff in a spread for next week. lol. I normally wait until after the Autumnal Equinox before I dive into autumn spreads but I was ready!

Love these ideas. Was checking the Michael’s here and the newer HP sticker books are listed at $33.00. That is quite a jump so finding alternatives to decorate makes me happy.

@@TheEnchantedPlanner I was looking to see if they had any sales on the Michael’s website and the newer books were 33.00. I looked again tonight and they were regular priced. Must’ve been an error. I was really glad that was wrong. I was considering switching to something else. I had even showed the hubby. So I didn’t see it wrong.it was a couple of weeks ago. I live in Mississippi.

Oh that's good news. Michael's here has made errors like that before and fixed it. However, it appears this price increase is not an error as the stickers books have been $25 for several months.
