This is an excellent tutorial. One thing I will add for those who are attempting to practice the steps outlined, is it should be practiced in the planes used by Squirrel for two reasons. One is the Cessna planes have been modeled more than any other GA aircraft so the flight dynamics are very solid meaning you can expect to get out what you put in. On that same note, and my second point, is your success is dependent on your controls being setup (calibrated) properly or at least as close as possible, otherwise it could be a frustrating experience. And if you need to calibrate your controls and tweak the sensitivity it is best done using the Cessna models used - and I can speak from experience. I strongly encourage newbies and even seasons vets new to MSFS to start with the 152 and 172 to ensure your controls are set properly before moving on to other more challenging planes...all IMO of course. Finally someone calm , composed with clear understandable instructions. If I can't master under these instructions it's back to plastic ducks in the bath tub. Thank you

Fantastic video! Really helped me with trim on MSFS on the Series S The developer should sign you up as a dedicated MSFS tutor

This is so informative. Thanks. The controlled descents will be very handy. I always go into the landing pattern way too fast. I've noticed it tends to be 92 knots in the C172 when it wants me to be at around 65 knots.

Learned something new about throttle! That explains why the plane is so difficult to control when trying to regulate your airspeed using it.

Been playing since the hayday of FSX and never knew about APT and PAT despite doing a circumnavigation in a DC-3. I knew about trimming, but thought it was only for cruising and not climb/descent! I now feel so dumb for all the times I got arm cramps for holding the yoke all that time. xD Thanks!
