Doesn’t work on mine.. I get the quick amber flash but the second I let go of the reset switch it goes solid amber and then it still remembers all my info. I give up

You have to hold the reset button down, while the power cord is unplugged. Then plug it in while continuing to press the reset button. Just like in the video. If you start by pressing the reset while it is plugged in it will not work...

It does the same for me, I have it pressed before it’s plugged back in and I continue holding it for 6 seconds after I turn it on. I get a quick amber flash then it’s stops flashing quickly and goes to a steady slow flash
