Thank you for your compliment. I don't think it matters when you do the massage. If you need to use a warm towel to wipe off product, then so be it. Most creams oils are good for the skin. :)

So I absolutely love this massage routine however when doing it I did get a question about massaging the upper arms and massaging face at the same time - client told me I did not cleanse her arms so why would I be massaging her face while touching an uncleansed area. I honestly didn’t know what to say. Any suggestions because this is by far my favorite massage technique to perform !

This is a new one. LOL I suggest that you start cleansing the upper arms when you do your cleanse in the beginning....face, neck, chest and upper arms. :) And I think that client is a bit much, don't you? LOL
