Great teaching well explained. I'm a novice looking to learn how to use the ice globes and I too noticed that you scratched your arm. You picked up the product to show us and then you proceeded to do the facial without washing your hands. I already saw in the comments that you seem to got upset with someone for calling you out.. this is something that as estheticians you teach us to do to make sure our hands are clean before touching a face. So don't get upset for being called out. Claim your mistake and then go on.

Bad form you did as well as you touch the product and then touched her face. Now mind you we're clients learning and you teach us. Do not touch our face with dirty hands so of course it stands out .....so own your mistake. Say it was mistake. Say you were focused on filming but don't jump on us for calling you out.
