what you really need to create a shabby chic style that will make a whole difference in the look is to find some chiffon silk or seam binding, cheese cloth (grade 90) and/or soft laces that are all full or wrinkles/folds that will helk give the dimension and shabby look. Then whatever paper will look awesome! :)

I didn’t realize you were from Quebec! I am in SW Ontario. Love junk journaling. My local thrift store usually has a lot of vintage lace, tatting and doilies. I have a few dz shoe boxes full. I also was fortunate to be gifted 60 piano paper rolls. I love your envelope journal cover! Definitely going to give it a try.

I envy you! 🤗 i never really used piano paper rolls in my junk journals because I didn’t have but I got 80 of them 2 weeks ago ... so, stay tuned, I will figure out ways to use them! ahah:)

I may have mentioned before, I love art glitter glue. But I've switched from Fabri Tac to Fabri Fix (made by same company). Fabri Fix isnt near as stringy , and if you get extra glue showing through, let's say a piece of thin lace, it is easily removed by dabbing off the excess with a paper towel. Fabri Tac can be difficult to remove without leaving obvious marks of dried glue. It also doesn't leave visible, underneath places of dried glue that can show up under some materials.

Hi Noemi, I didn't do a tutorial to decorate the pages. I only did one to create the tassel and another one to create the structure/cover. I hope I didn't say I would do a tutorial to decorate the pages in the flip through video and would have forgot about it?
