wait . . this is NOT a FlyBoard . . . . it should glide and not hover . . . come on guys . that's not how gliders work usualy I don't mind weird fantastical designs . . . But this is Just Plain Wrong
@JBoehmGames2 жыл бұрын
Only suggestion/extra step I'd ad is color grading the raw footage from the camera to match the contrast level of the glider, or doing something to make the darks and lights of the scenes match up. You're wearing a black shirt and dark pants in the source footage, so seeing those darks being blown out to be more like blues while the glider still has its rich blacks kind of quickly ruins the illusion.

The intro with an actual background of some place would've been dope. Anyways, Well done. And almost forgot, Nice beard.

Just learn as much as you can so when you get your PC you'll be ready. Maybe you'll get one before you expect to and you'll be ready to blend the day you get your PC. 😃👍💯 I'm not Steve by the way just someone who understands the struggle.

is there a way to use the compositing directly without having to export the alphas? i kina wish there would be a way to simply import an movie clip as plane, use shading to take away the green screen background and than using it just as u did in the video...

Great video 😃👍 I can't unsee where your legs and boots meet though. It's driving me crazy now. It looked so good at the start of the video and now all I can see is where the legs and boots meet. That part seems to be hard to do. Please keep making videos until you hands fall off. You're the best tutor on using blender. It must be how fast you explain that keeps me interested. The other videos take forever and bore me to death.

I was thinking why u didn't use markers and track it... so that u have to do little work for animation of glider
@CGGeek2 жыл бұрын
Markers would be really tricky with the rotation, so just using the legs to match up with the Glider rotation ends up being the faster route.
@mwmelvin63282 жыл бұрын
One more thing I really wanna know that how you did the wire part where the glider dissolve itself with a cool looking wire science-fiction animation at the first scene of the video. here 0:21
