Tutorial: Creating Parameters in openLCA

It helped me a lot, but PAY ATTENTION: AFTER CREATING PARAMETERS IN A PROCESS, YOU MUST SAVE IT BEFORE CREATING THE PRODUCT SYSTEM. It's shown on the video, however I didn't realize how essential it is.

Is there a way to link the value of such a parameter to a value in an external file? say an .xlsx or .txt file? I would like to be able to asses the impact of amounts of materials calculated through a model in different software.

what are the global parameters, we"ve already changed and create different parameters

An input parameter is meant to be created and used only within its specific process. However, a global parameter can be used in many and different processes and product systems.
