A complete tutorial on a Deluxe LEGO Gourmet Kitchen with double oven, stove, hood, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator. I love videos like this because I'm in the part collection phase of a restaurant MOC. I've been building the little things every restaurant has like an espresso machine, soda fountain, coffee maker, etc. Plus things a good industrial kitchen has such as a buffalo chopper, a triple sink for warewashing, a store room, and a pair of steam kettles. Next on my agenda will be a tilting skillet, a dish machine, a walk-in refrigerator that has the kind of flappy plastic strip doors that someone who hasn't worked with one might only find at their local liquor store beer cave. I've ordered parts to build a trough style floor drain for the kitchen and a herringbone pattern floor for the dining room. And I've probably got 600 or so masonry bricks and all the windows and doors it's going to need. I just want to get a huge 20"X40" baseplate to start laying out where walls are going to go. I didn't realize when I started the idea how much I would have to design by myself. It takes hours for me to come up with a design that reminds me of equipment I actually worked with in my career as a chef. There isn't even any minifig hats that look like the tall white toques I wore in culinary school. It's still fun though. Keep it up dude.
