What a fantastic video, thank you so much! You said it isn’t rocket science, but you have all the little details figured out which can either make or break a project! It’s obvious you have used a needle a million times & know exactly what you’re going to do on each dangle! I am in awe! I only knew your name from hearing it in other videos, always alluding to your printables! I didn’t ever think of looking for you on KZbin! Happily, I’ve been looking for beading ideas & tutorials & you popped up! This journal is just gorgeous, my father was a medieval historian & we learned all about Leonardo from a young age! I have subscribed & look forward to more fascinating chats with you! Erica❤

I totally agree with you on the Mason/Ball jar lids. When they came out with those I bought eight boxes of each size. My husband said, “we never have that many different pickles/chutneys/sauces open at one time.” I said, “what makes you think these are for the kitchen.” tfs your techniques and thought process. I am a new subbie and look forward to watching more of your videos!

Having dangly bits is a must. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Your journals are gorgeous. Sometimes I run the beading thread back up through the beads and tie off on top. That way you don't have a knot on the bottom. Sometimes I tie the knot on bottom. Depends on the look you want to achieve. I just love Leonardo Davinci. Science and art make my heart happy. My husband builds houses and other things for a living so I took him to a hands on Davinci exhibit. Now he loves Davinci as well. Great bonding experience.

Hi Mrs Cog…. I’m so glad I came across your channel. Im a multi crafter of several passions. I have an abundance of scrapbook papers from 23 years ago when my son was young. I have what seems like a store of my own of beads and material. I just started learning how to make junk journals and when it comes to a junk journal feel stuck making journal dangles and creating pages. I’m organized but not . lol. I live in fresno California and I’m super excited to watch all of your videos. You explain everything in very simple terms. I really like how you explain ur dangles, journals, etc! Not to complain about others cause I don’t like doing that. But there are several people on you tube that really don’t makes sense because of reasons; I don’t know. But I’m glad to see your videos where you started and that your still creating as of current date. I’m blessed to come across your videos . Truly. One of my challenges for myself is using my stash of fabrics, beads and all my scrapbooking things. I wanted to bring them all together so I can use everything and not let anything go to waste (or just sit). I have an Etsy account and having a hard time playing with my crafts and putting on Etsy as well. I know I need an assistance with my creations as I create and some8ne up,iAds my inventory . My page is: second nature designs by Christine Casey . I really enjoy your video . Now to get back to watching you teach. Thanks for doing what you do. Christine

I laughed out loud when you said you repeat the things you need so you don’t forget anything. I do that all the time, also in preparation for old age. But we’re not there yet! Great video! Oh wait, what do I need downstairs? Light bulb, water, screw driver, light bulb, water, screw driver. :)

You might try threading your needle back up through your beads after tying your double knot, when adding your charms to the dangle or drip. Then cut your thread before the top of the bead group. It's been working for me. Blessings from Texas! 💜❤💜❤

I've only recently subscribed to your site, so I'm learning your vocabulary. "Drippings and dangles" seem to apply to anything that hangs, including, both, lace and beads. "Petticoats" seems to refer to soft fabric and lace that dangles beneath the page. Love it! I've just found out about bead needles with collapsible eyes...definitely will give them a try. I've learned much from this video...many thanks!!
