why (%delta ) at (25%flow rate ) is 12.5 ? Is it correct? I think it should be 6.25

You have it backwards, transmitter will be linear with no square rooting.

Hello Denny Flow Rate is directly proportional to square root of differential pressure. So Transmitter output would be 4, 5, 8, 13, & 20.

I disagree with the verification you did, you said the square root extraction will be discussed separately, means its a DP transmitter with linear range, i.e 0 DP = 4mA, 50 DP=8 mA, 100 DP = 12mA, 150 DP = 16mA & 200 DP is 20 mA, if the transmitter is configured for square root extractor, the input/output will be as below (Formula: DP mA 0 4.0 50 12.0 100 15.31 150 17.86 200 20.0 Formula: √PV - √LRV SQRT mA = ----------------------------- × 16 + 4 √URV - √LRV
