What a lovely little house shaped journal! 🏠❤ So fun to watch you “audition” your ephemera pieces…made me feel better because I jump around too when I can’t decide what to do on a page. So many wonderful ideas here, thank you!

Love this video that I ran across. I watched half of your video last night and then lost it. I went off memory to make one of these last night. Forgot to leave extra fabric around the house but, I still love what I made. The great thing is one I found your video, to watch again and I'm making another one or two of these. Sorry, so long....I'm so glad I found your video. Thank you❤

Hello, Tammy! I am impressed that you made one as you did. I am delighted that you love what you made even though it was a little different. That is the beauty of these books/junk journals and why I love making them. It makes my heart happy to see your joy and that you took the time to share it with me. Not long at all. Every word blessed me!

Hi LeAnn, I’ve just found your video. I love the little house booklet. I appreciate that you shared your thought processes, I find this helps me to know what to look for when working on a project. Finally, I’d like to say I REALLY appreciated your speed and brevity. Soooo many vloggers just labour the point and pfaff around; that drives me crazy! I know this is a really late comment but I wanted to say thank you. I also hope to find more of your vlogs. Have a great day. 😀

Hello, Linda! Glad you liked it. I like it when people explain why they do something rather than just telling me to do it, that is why I share like I do. :) I also spend a fair amount of time editing because I know how precious time is and I don't want to be wasting you time if I can help it. Not always great on these goals, but I try, so I am glad you appreciate them! I soooo much appreciate you taking the time to share all of this. Thank you, Linda! :)

Love the outcome, but really unless the chips are left over we probably shouldn’t be talking their chips for this when we can just make it from our own card stock.
@BirdNestBooks Жыл бұрын
Thanks, Donna! I don't know if you saw it but I do give the size of the paint chip in the video so people can make their own. Thanks so much for sharing! :)

I bought paint chip books from Sherwin Williams paint store many years ago that could be used and I’m sure my books are outdated with so many new colors added.

Hard to watch when it’s upside down 🙃.
@marlenejones6266 Жыл бұрын
I like this idea for my junk journals but I'm sorry I don't like watching it happen upside down. I watch tons of videos and none of them make me watch the work upside down. Can't you put your camera in a different position?
@BirdNestBooks Жыл бұрын
Thank you, Marlene! That has always bothered me. I tried all kinds of ways but my camera kept flipping the direction, so I did what I could and pressed on. Recently someone shared with me a way I can do it. Now that I know, all my videos are in the proper direction. :) Thanks for sharing!
