I have 3 sets of the stamps because I couldn't get them to stamp properly. I finally cut a set apart, but that kinda defeats the purpose, huh? Great tutorial! Still haven't made the leap to the foil plates, etc.

Do you condition your stamps before using? You can also do practice stamping with pigment ink and use a Misti stamp platform to get it to work properly. I haven’t had that issue with their stamps. And in regards to hot foiling… so worth taking the leap Linda 🥰👍! It’s pretty, it doesn’t rub off and it really adds luxe to cards. Take a look at my most recent video titled - Spellbinders Joyful Christmas Collection where the foiling is fab!!!

Have you tried the “hinge method” to keep foil and plate in place? Also you can use any eraser, not just a sand eraser (that makes the paper too roughed up).

Kathy, I’m still riding with training wheels with the glimmer system. Lol. I tried the hinge method and realized that it’ll take practice for me to ‘get it’. And get it straight. I did get a sand eraser, but when I saw that it foiled perfectly without the plates during heating in my machine - I am skipping over-foiling, which is nice. But I do have one. Thanks 😉👍. I love the whole hot foiling thing. It’s beyond gorgeous for projects. Thanks for watching.

I found out that you can use a small black head band to keep your foil together, and I put them in a plastic box standing up.

It’ll restock Missy. Ask to be notified at the major sites like Scrapbook.com, Simon Says and A Cherry on Top. And buy each part as it becomes available. Don’t wait for all 3 sets to be in stock. The die is the most difficult to find. And of course PinkFresh website itself. Do Google searches. It’ll come back in stock. And then Grab it! 😉😉😉
