Tutorial. Hair Dynamics. Converting high-poly hair to low-poly for games.

In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to add some life to hair by applying dynamics.
I will then demonstrate how to convert high-poly to low poly for games and realtime render.
You will learn how to create hair with some custom shape, like a bun.
Tutorial requires you to be familiar with 3d max interface at least and is appropriate for beginners in Ornatrix, but I recommend to check out my previous tutorials.

Great tutorial! However, I found a problem when we use this kind of UV mapping in Unreal. The maps got too big to reach a good texture quality, so I had to go back to a few strands in UV map instead of projecting Hair from Mesh Strips.

@@Pompidou3Dstudio Exactly ^^ I wish I could use this technique on a real-time game character's hair because it's easier to control the results. Unfortunately, I have to stick with multiple planes in one single plane map for each lock of hair.
