I made one, and it worked great for a class I was teaching! So I made more. I am thrilled with this design. Thank you so much for sharing your talent!

Belts for lifting cargo can be used with no fuss to make TRX bands as they have factory fitted hooks inbuilt at both ends and they have inbuilt ratchet to adjust length of belt.2 belts of 2 M length having 0.8 Tonne capacity costs 450 INR(6 $)

Your homemade version of the TRX is, by far, THE best out there ... I've looked at a lot of them. The fact that your handles disconnect from the main strap makes your system stand apart from most all others, making it much more versatile. I am able to connect BOTH ends of the main strap to ONE handle for single arm bicep curls, or .... even better ... I am able to connect BOTH ends of the main strap to BOTH handles using ONE clip, and do close-grip high face pulls when working my rear delts. I can also connect the ends of the main strap to a Tricep Rope for variations of bicep curls and face pulls. Bravo!! Oh, and the Door Anchor?? So simple, but none of us would ever have thought of that! Absolutely BRILLIANT!! Thank you for sharing.

This is an amazing tutorial!! I've looked at all the others and this is simply the best and the closest to the original system! It works really well although I'm gonna make another more 'heavy duty' version for longer lasting use. You are a genius mate and I can't thank you enough!!!

Thanks for the great video. It was extremely easy to make the TRX, took only 1,5 hours total. Instead of the plastic handles I used metal. The total cost was 4.700 Ft equals with around 22 USD. The RIP 60 costs in Hungary 25.000 Ft, so it was less than 1/5th of it.

Hi man! It's really great, what you have made - and how great you explained it :) I have made exactly the same TRX, as you did, only one thing i changed - instead of a grip tape i put on handles a piece of pipe isolation, which exactly suits to a certain pipe. It has an advantage, that it's nice warm and soft, so your hand don't hurt during exercise at all. Also it look nicer, because you can cut it a bit londer, than pipe, so the pipe won't be visible. Good luck with other tutorials and thanks!

Great video, thank you very much, simple and clear :). I've just made one (a few hours ago) but one of the buckles was of very poor quality, when I tried it it slipped and I almost fell over. I'm very disappointed because I was really eager to start training with it.

There's some important issue about using straps? the only ones that I found in my country are pretty expensives, so I was wondering if can I use rope instead? Is it only a aesthetic matter, or will it change/reduce the functionality of the device? Thanks in advance!

Hey boy... Can you make a homemade Kettlebell!??
@artemtheblade29677 жыл бұрын
Easy. Plastic bottle with handles (20 L) + sand (20 L) = homemade kettlebell (30 kg). Or you can use water, then you will get 20 kg kettlebells (with cement it will be kettlebell for godzilla training). That bottles are hard to break even if u drop it.
