So my 4k connection is busted. It connects and pairs fine, works for about 30 seconds, then the mouse freezes in place and refuses to move before completely turning off and the 4k dongle and mouse seem to still be connected.

same thing happens to me, bluetooth connects the cursor can move but i cant click on anything then it disconnects. when wire connected its the same thing, cant click anything but can move the cursor.

@@jr-pn1dt well for me wired worked perfectly. It was the wifi dongle Bluetooth. I found out that my issue was a bad USB port. I plugged it into a different port, and everything has worked 100% without issues. Even the Bluetooth

How to connect to another device? If it is once connected it doesn't show up in a list of available devices anymore. Or if I deleted the connection from the device, how to reconnect? Where are the instructions?

If you are asking the connect with other devices with Bluetooth, please try to Reset - press the left, middle, and right buttons for 3 seconds, and then you can pair it with other devices. Let me know whether it works at your side.

@@Gravastarofficial Yes, I am about Bluetooth (sorry, I forgot to explicitly mention this). I've found on your website in customer reviews section in someone's comment to turn the mice from off to on while pressing middle and right buttons (without the left button) and that worked for me. I honestly think that you should place all these tricks somewhere in FAQ or/and in the manual. And it would be nice to have a downloadable PDF manual on your website. My mouse's manual is in Chinese, and I found English manual on some third-party site, but did not find them on yours (although I honestly searched).
