I wouldn’t advise anyone to learn KBD by holding db at the same time, when we look at your inputs in slow motion at 2:00, at no point in time do you have down and back inputed at the same time. When you think about it its just wavedash on p2 after you inputted the first b input.

Are you sure this works perfectly fine on keyboard? Because on keyboard there is a cancel trick with forward.

i think if you are referring to binds on keyboard. yes there is a cancel trick. although, in this vid, i explained the normal method on how to korean backdash without the use of binds.

I'm late but is there a rythm from a song you can follow in your mind for example for revive you do "stay alive" or "highway to hell" in your mind to get the rythm. Is there such thing for this?

i can do it slowly but i cant find the rythm. and when doing it as fast as you it doesnt backdash as fast . the inputs are clean like yours just isnt fast enough

Its okay! Take it slowly. Then when you find that rhythm, you will eventually do it :)

Wont holding back and forward put you in neutral? You can hold back double press forward then down forward and you’ll get the Korean back dash

How long do you think it will take for me to get this down ? I also play paul . Right now I’m using holding back double tapping forward and tapping down and forward repeatedly . Also any tips? It’s also a lot of work for your fingers on a mixbox

ah yes. I noticed many mixbox/keyboard tutorials with backdash like that. you can use that method if you like but i personally find this method more okay than that. It takes some time and practice to get this right but you will get it eventually if you keep practicing. i also had a hard time doing backdash on keyboard before but eventually i got the gist how to do it. you can slow the inputs first so that you will understand how the cancel of the backdash works and then eventually speed up the backdash when you got the inputs right :)

the qcb motion also works but it wont work with backsway characters like paul and bryan.

Idk if anyone has mentioned this before or not, but if you're mainly playing online on keyboard; there's an even easier, 2 hand-method to "cheat" the downback-neutral-back inputs by assigning the Controller 2's down input in another key (preferably near your 1234 input's key). Imagine like you're using 2 separate controllers to control your movement. You actually get a neutral input when you press back & forward simultaneously, so you can just "cheat" by pressing the down input using your other hand. Unfortunately this "cheat" only works on Online plays because when you play Offline, the 2nd controller would be used to control the other player.
