Interesting. There could be an issue here with your computer being possibly controlled by an admin for example a work computer. I am sure you also tried clearing your cache as well( I would do this again). It could also be the download destination being invalid, I would check to see if your downloading to your downloads folder. Hey! You will have to associate it to an app that is able to run the game. If you don’t have the application able to run it then it won’t run. If you’re downloading game with zip files you will need to download winrar.

Hi. Haha no worries, you basically wanna download it first once you do in the top right of your browser. You should see the progress of the download once it’s done you can click on the exe. You can do this in the browser or go to the download folder of your computer and click the exe to run. Hopefully this helps. Let me know if you got any more questions :)

Hello my friend, the game wasn’t intended to be made for iPhone. I would highly recommend you play it on your computer. If you do go looking for it you could run into viruses and knockoffs.

Hey I see, a laptop shouldn't be an issue. Could be your internet speed or computer not registering you asked it to download. Was it stuck downloading? Also what brand of laptop do you have mac or Windows?

I personally would recommend you download it via your computer rather than on mobile. Since sometimes downloading via mobile may not be always reliable.

Hey! So no it’s not bad. Windows doesn’t like downloading direct exes Casue sometimes there is malicious code or viruses introduced into those files. Though as with a lot of the comments here FNAF world happened to be uploaded as an exe on game jolt haha. My advice to anyone is if you don’t trust the source don’t download the item. But, I will let you know I have gotten this download from Scott’s officially game jolt. As posted in the pin comment.

Hey, I looked further into the game and saw this on their page: Launch Instructions (because apparently we need this) The game is zipped into a .7z archive format so that the file size is reduced when downloading or uploading. For this reason, it is recommended to not use the GameJolt Client App when playing this game, their app have trouble extracting the file sometimes. Manually download the game and extract the .7z archive via any rar extractor or NanaZip (available on the microsoft store for free). Once extracted, you may delete the .7z to save space. Now, go into the extracted folder and find the first .exe file (as of the beta, it should be something like FaFR_PizzeriaDemo.exe), double click on that and the game will be launched. This might explain why your seeing a rar file.

Hello, so gamejolt is a relatively safe site to download games from. Though it is always best practice to air on the side of caution when downloading items. Sometimes games will get falsely flagged by antivirus software. If your unsure with what your downloading then it’s always a good idea to scan it with your antivirus software. Once again websites like itch.io and gamejolt are safe websites but I would recommend if your unsure about something, run an antivirus scan or avoid downloading it if you feel it’s sketchy.

You should be able to download games on mac but it also depends on what exe/ packages the game dev decides to allow the players to download. Most dev's will do PC games. But there should also be a similar option for mac as well.

Nope this shouldn’t be a virus this is from Scott Cawthon’s official gamejolt page. Some computers don’t like exes straight up downloaded so it will flag it. If you don’t trust the the download you don’t have to download it. That’s what I do for safety. You can also run it through an anti virus software as well to double check. Hopefully this helps :)
