I thought Goku's SSJ4 Fur color was a bit lighter, closer to pink. Vegeta's was a darker tone. Been a while since I've seen GT, but I remember Goku's fur was lighter, where Vegeta's was darker. Though I guess it depends on if there's shade involved as well.
