Your sister is always so glamorous! I thought about doing this with a doll given to me by a friend. It’s a 1968 Talking Christie doll in amazing condition! Just some stickiness on the legs. I want to get her cleaned up and in a box. No color fabric so she doesn’t stain.

You both are so inspiring! Thank you for showing us your process. My favourite is the snow flake girl but honestly the Snow Queen is also amazing. I have a huge graveyard of Model Muse bodies. If I can find heads to repaint, I will try out this idea. The heads are often vintage or discarded heads from made to move donors. I love the whole idea of recycling your stash.

For the price of Barbie holiday dolls and collector dolls I am always disappointed. Even the beautiful dolls don’t add up to the price. However the glam and glitz of your holiday dolls are exactly what I would be looking for and provide that wonderful magical feel. Mattel needs you guys
