In CATIA we create the final surface of the ring then we have the Close Surface command to transform it into a solid. I think it is easier to use than Sculpt. Inventor has a similar command ? There are many other parts that can be made using surfaces so such a command would be very useful to have in Inventor. I liked the video !

You have out done yourself again Prof. Excellent tutorial. Please do some product / design with Variable Fillet Intervals / Segemnts. The Fillets varies from thin to wide ..etc. Design at your discretion. Thank you.
