I did this on a nike ceo and started my pattern at the second side wall hole my pattern was tie down 2nd hole 0,ksi,0,ksi,0,ssi,k,0,ssi and 1's the rest of the way down and i got mid pocket but i threw with it, without shooters or nylons and i needed more whip obviously but i tried 1 shooter on the top row under the top string and a nylon under that and it just keeps getting caught. It throws amazing when it doesnt catch but its really inconsistent, is there any way to fix this? please help 😕

For head u can never go wrong with a maverick tank or stx hammer, get a shaft that feels good to you, and a high pocket is usually the best way to go for easier ground balls and u can pass and shoot high to low

I've used the Tribe7 Savage for 2 seasons. Best head I've ever used. Great with scooping and stiff as any other head but for 45 bucks cheaper. My friend did a Chenango topstring and it works great. I'm thinking of doing that again or doing this Iroquois because tribe 7 did weird stuff with their holes but other than that it's fantastic

Bricks 'n Bits Reviews I don't have a lot of experience with them personally, but tribe 7 has a lot of gear that is not only much cheaper than almost any other company, but is also seems to be high quality gear from what I hear

Bricks 'n Bits Reviews The beast 7 came out, but I use a gait torque and a gait matter on my sticks. Both on a gait ice or warrior kryptolyte. The most important part is the mesh for the pocket though. Hard mesh works fine for me but ecd, jimalax and stringking are also fantastic

Bricks 'n Bits Reviews The best defensive head on the market is the Maverick Tank for defensemen. The cheaper route is a Warrior Revo 3. A Hammer would be good for you but it warps easily. For middie heads the Nike Lakota, STX Super Power, and Warrior Burn are very good. If you are considering face offs, a the Warrior Noz2 is the best head on the market. A cheap way to go is get the Tribe7 Beast7 (45). For shafts the ECD Carbon and the Maverick Wnderboy or Mission are good. Hop this helps.

I wouldn't recommend using an Iroquois on LSM and D heads. Like you said, it's very beneficial to have a mid high to get easier GBs and because the pole creates a bigger rotation. The whole reason to use an Iroquois is to have a mid/mid-low pocket but have a quick release like mid high pockets. However, the best type of stringing is when you put down KZbin and get creative with your stringing so I'm sure you could try getting funky with it and see what happens.

It's better for attack players since we like to have low pockets so it's easier to cradle one handed. This lowers the release point, which is better because it makes low pockets feel like high pockets.
