Tutorial LOGO!8 high frequency counter with encoder

Do you have a wiring schematic? I cannot get a signal from my encoder. I am using a Taiss E38S6-100-24G encoder and I cannot get a signal reading on my scope when I connect to A or B. How are you wiring your encoder?

There is only one solution. Connect to the right inputs and HTL encoder

On a Logo 230 what would be the max input frequency? 5 kHz is only for the 24 Volt version, right?
