Hi, I'm not sure if I understand your question, however if you want BomeBox to send keystrokes, it will not work as there is unlike a computer nothing to send keystrokes to on the BomeBox. Can I setup the keyboard to use it with e.g. Bias FX 2 to send MIDI commands to control the position of a wah/volume pedal? E.g. 1-9 it would jump to positions proportionally. Before pressing A would select Volume pedal, B would select Wah, C would turn on/off Delay, etc.

Keep in mind, for advanced MIDI mapping, you will also need Bome MIDI Translator Pro, where you can set up your mapping and then upload the project file to your BomeBox for execution there. Steve Caldwell Bome Customer Care

@@Bome I just couldn't reverse the trigger. I want to select the keyboard to be in the incoming trigger and the midi command in the outgoing action. Cannot find the way. Thanks.

Hi Graver, thanks for asking! indeed, you can also map those media keys to MIDI. The standard mappings included with the BomeBox already map those media keys, see this default mapping here: www.bome.com/bome/downloads/miditranslator/Keystroke_to_MIDI_simple.html As explained in the video, you can also modify the mapping, or create an entirely different custom MIDI mapping.

@@djgraver Incoming MIDI messages have nothing to do with a HID device. Since we are sending keystrokes, HID on Windows must be enabled. If you don't want the original keys on your keyboard to also use these mappings, then additional programming (outside of MT Pro) will be needed as Windows will react to any or all keyboard HID devices attached.
