What do the big electrical clips go to? They aren't in the diagram. It's labeled J01 and J04. The two big blue and green clips?

Why are you missing so many relays I have the same car just 2004 and I have a issue with turning the headlights on I added relays to those empty spots now they come on but I usually gotta hit the glove box to get them to stay on. Everytime I look up the fuse box no one seems to have relays

You can try by disconnecting the negative terminal from the car battery, wait for 10-15 minutes and then connect it back. Maybe it will work.
