My head circumference is 57 58 but when wearing size M it is very uncomfortable. Is there any way to thin the lining on the forehead and back of the head? Can I buy a smaller set of liners to put it in?

Hi there, first of all, you can adjust the leather on minute 6:50 , try to pull out or in. There is 3 setup on there. Then if that is still doesn't work, you can gently remove the outer foam 1 or 2 pieces, on the right and left side. Now if that doesn't work at all you must buy the 7mm crownpad. Becuase the 'M' is 10mm padd. Or you can go to the arai technical shop who can afforded your padds helmet

@@ShinKuro99 I adjusted it at the top of my head and removed 4mm on both sides, but I still feel uncomfortable in the forehead and back of my neck even though my head circumference is only 57 and 58, which matches the measurements of the hat.

@@HuyHuy-hn8ds alright then you must go to the arai tech shop or contact them. or you can buy the 7mm crownpad. are you sure your head is asian fit round not the euro fit oval ? you can google it too, to know the different and ask someone to take a picture of your head from above

@@HuyHuy-hn8ds alright, so the different open face or full face arai is that open face, arai make it tighter for safety, so if there is an accident the helmet is not too easy to move or even out of the head. so that's why open face arai more tighter although the size is the same to the full face version

beli helm nya di malay kah bang? kok ada sirim nya? soalnya setau saya di malay juga ada helm mirip arai yaitu tsr ram 4 dan ram 5 (yang baru) dan sudah sirim juga
