Had some requests for adding the features mentioned later in the video. An image of the advanced graph is available for download on our website in the tutorial download area.

Any thoughts on how to do this if the floor plate is irregular?
@StructuredParametrics4 жыл бұрын
Yes it is very possible. I had to keep the tutorial simple to keep it from being too long. However if you have a look at the download area of our tutorial section there is an expanded version of the script which allows for irregular grids.

@@metaferse Hi. I realised it was in an another folder before I changed them over. However I have added it to the normal tutorial download area now so it is available again now.

Hello, I was wondering how to do this type of calculations in an existing building. I have imported my building from Revit.

this appears to give results on trib area only. Can it be modified to account for elastic shear as well, ie for continuity of a slab where the first support from an edge has a higher reaction than trib area?
@StructuredParametrics4 жыл бұрын
Yes this is a very simple script. It is certainly possible to include continuity of slab. Either by adding to the script manually or by adding an elastic analysis engine into the script such as kiwi3d or karamba.
