Do you know anything about the Octane Composite nodes? Noticed under Render AOV Node Graph was the octane AOV Output Group which uses these nodes, can't find much info on them.

I will record something about it soon

for example, I have a closed box, I want to render what i have in the contents inside the box in a separate layer, with custom AOV, but the problem he renders only what the camera sees, that is, if the box overlaps, for some reason he does not render how to do it

as far as I know you can not do it in a separate layer :/

Thank you so much for this! Which pass would I need to use to target a logo on a bottle? The logo is mapped to the bottle via UV and I’m trying to create an alpha of the logo so that I can use it as a mask in photoshop. That way I can light the scene twice (once for the main scene and again for just the logo reflections) take both images into Photoshop and use the alpha mask to replace the logo instantly.

8:23 but the result get noisy, how to get rid of that? shall we use denoise on composition ? or is there another octane denoise for octane render?
@archivizual42362 жыл бұрын
You can add a denoise pass on the AOV node
