Hahah, I prefer longer nails ('cause I have short nail beds) so I let them grow out, clip only a little bit (on the sides to make sure they're not too too long), and then I file them to keep them nice and rounded :D

For a chibi you would probably make the head a bit more curved and don't make the neck too visible. (Depends on art style)

A question how do I get the measurements to be proportionate? In all of my previous sketches I just took the measurement of the sketch I copy from so how exactly do I know which measurement is appropriate cause my measurement goes real bad for the basic facial shapes
