Hello , in the sampling part , what is about the playback ? Cause i want to turn down the volume sometimes to ear better what I m playing but it turns down all the synth.. so dunno what playback is for ?

I think you mean the "Playback Vol" parameter on the recording page. With this parameter, you can ajust the loudness of the tone when you press "play" to hear what you sampled, afterwords. So this applies only to finished recordings which you've already done and only for this page. It translates for me to "How loud do you want to check what you have recorded?"

Yes it's true, but the instrumentality brings (for some) a huge benefit of direct tactile control.

Why do people forget to mention that one needs a computer and an audio interface to run software. You have to buy them, too. "But you already have a computer." Yes, and I don't want to carry it around like a synth.

But sampling in Quantum may be used for itself, or treated by granular mode. And this is only one synthesis : you are forgetting wavetables, simple waves (clonable 8 x), resonator and kernels... O.K. ?
