Pls I would love to see more videos “relaying” some knowledge you gained at csm, I’ve wanted to go to csm since I was nine but I cannot afford it. Especially now with COVID things are looking pretty impossible, I’m doing my best to learn at home and videos like yours are pretty helpful!

Hey Katya! Glad you like my content :) I'm quite slow to make new videos, so do check my Fashion tech support blog, as well! And yes, studying at one of the top Fashion schools is a luxury. Maybe it's looking impossible right now, but keep working towards your goal. And don't underestimate how much difference one term of Fashion Folio or 9 months at the Garduate Diploma can make. I absolutely love your videos, I’m currently at a fashion school in South Africa that operates exactly how you described, and they just prepare us for industry. I’ve been doing research to see how I can apply and get in to CSM to really realize my full potential as and artist and creative not just as an employee. Your video really gave helpful insight. Hi Ayah! I can offer you portfolio advice (book a session on this page: oliviasuguri.com/pages/work-with-me ), but you should get in touch with an international office or check the CSM website for information on how to apply. For scholarships, you need to check what's available in your country.

Hey olivia, Can a graduate im field different to fashion apply to Masters in Women's wear at csm? I read the site...but the terms are quite unfamiliar to me.

Hey Rya, I'm sure you can. You just have to show in you've got the skills on your portfolio, and explain in your personal statement why you wanna do a Masters in Fashion, instead of your original field. Good luck :) (and I'm assuming you're not applying for this year, right? it's already pretty late, plus 2020 messed up term dates - who knows if the courses will start in September/October as usual...)

Do you need to do your foundation diploma in art in design before you enroll in the undergrad courE

Don't know, what do you think? What level are you at, how old are you, is it worth skipping a course that's very adequately called Foundation? Are you in a hurry, or are you genuinely ready to jump into the BA?

@@ldr580 1. great that you're researching already, not great that you're already thinking of skipping stages (been there, IMHO it's not worth it and you should apply that ingenuity elsewhere - see below) 2. ain't nothing free at CSM - UAL - London. Do your research on scholarships available to US nationals
