I last flew Vietnam on JAL business class with AA miles. Also stayed at Park Hyatt Saigon. Actually, the hotel is now cat 5 with Hyatt so can't use my WOH credit card's FNC anymore . 😢Massive breakfast spread and very nice hotel. Lots of other options for stays in Saigon though. i also stayed at Renaissance Saigon with Platinum status from Marriott will get you their club lounge benefit.

Hi, what is the best option to use points for business class from SFO to SGN? Which credit card would you open/use ? Amex would not work since it doesn’t take at all the places I use credit card. Which points partner should you to maximize the redemption points? Thank you.

I did a search on Singapore, found multiple award saver space but none shows up on aircanada, am I doing something wrong?

Not every Singapore flight will be eligible to show up on Air Canada. Which dates/ routes did you search and for how many people?

What I don't understand is.... let's say I want to fly JAL but I have to book on one of the OneWorld partners on my Capital One VX card. So, how can I fly JAL if I'm book on one of the OneWorld partners?

Why does it need to be one of the OneWorld partners? With Capital One miles, it might be easier to fly an airline like ANA, Singapore Airlines, or United Polaris to Japan. If you're set on OneWorld, I'd search BA for the availability but you're going to have more luck if you have flexibility with the airline you're flying and the points you're using.

Can you do a tutorial to Japan on JAL with Capital One miles for business class. On a different note, does capital one have a reconsideration line because I just apply for the SaverOne card but got decline :((( is there a way to get them change their mind. Score is 771. Thanks.

Are you set on JAL? With Capital One miles, it might be easier to fly an airline like ANA, Singapore Airlines, or United Polaris to Japan. @@geobreezetravel I think so... it's just so hard here in the US to JP but if it's in JP, I only fly JAL to other SE Asia or do domestic flights, so getting status is not that hard if I'm in JP long enough.
