You have to change the given expression 3* rect(2t/T) to the normal rectform of A rect(t/T), you can write the given term as 3*rect(t/T/2) because it is the same as 3*rect(2t/T) The T/2 is the width of the rect. As you can see is T/4 + T/4 = 2T/4 = T/2

to get the 2t to become t, we need to multiply both t and T with 1/2, so it ends up with 2t multiply by 1/2 and T multiply by 1/2, the result is t/ T/2
