250 g flour 00 (me 0)
250 ml Water
200 ml Milk (if necessary, add another 50 ml)
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
For the Béchamel with oil
500 ml milk
40 g Extra virgin olive oil
50 g Flour
Nutmeg, salt
500 g Champignon mushrooms
2 Sausages
Parsley, garlic, oil
