To be honest those operator challenges they added if you complete them all you get 52k renown 36d worth of renown boosters 16d worth of battle pass boosters and 20-30 beginner packs also that's if you have all the ops that you would have gotten if you don't own them already

I think for the first time doing the challenges, it should be the awards you listed, but after that it should be halved or even quartered depending on how op it is, as it allows people to grind so they can get more ops, alpha packs, etc. And it adds a form of replayability but also sense of achievement with an award attached

I think that the main problem of Siege, and the reason for his unpopularity, is the fact that Ubisoft only focus on one part of the comunity: The Competitive one. Rainbow Six Siege wasnt born to be a super-competitive, e-sport game; it developed a competitive part of the comunity only trough the years. At one point (2016-2017) the comunity was splitting between "Casual" and "Competitive" players; and Ubisoft decided to only focus on the competitive one because of the money that e-sport could have bringed. And they where right about that, but this competitive shift slowly turned the game to non be fun anymore.1) The lighting is horrible, looks like a mobile game.2) To try to optimize the game they removed a lot of nostalgic iconic and fun features.3) They removed night maps, completingly destoyng the atmosphere.4) The reworked a lot of maps unnecessary.5) They added the ban-phase and ranked 2.0 witch are realy bad.6) They started to add operators and features that are just too futuristic and unrealistic, again, ruining the atmosphere and betrayng the original theme of the game. I am sayng than Ubisoft should start to focus a bit more on the casual part of the comunity, cause the game is just not fun and doesnt have a good atmosphere anymore.

word of advice: i left siege temporarily for the whole of Y7S4 (solar Raid) and i am regretting the hell out of not finishing that battlepass. plus the game is still fun if youre a casual warrior like me (~3000 hours of nothing but casual and only 15 hours of ranked)
