THANK YOU! That video was just what I needed. I bought the same compressor and made some similar modification for SCUBA. Tuxing definitely has some design flaws. I needed to test my air and you gave me the answer. Contacting Trace Analytics today. Thanks for the info!

These compressors are not for breathing air there for filling up air guns

As they sit, they are not for breathing air, but if you get the right filtration and get it tested, which I did and was shown to be safe.

How long does it take to fill a tank?

about 2 hours from 500 PSI it may be a little less than that usually I'm not filling from that low though

roundabout 6 months now so far so good have put about 7 hours on it now and have changed the oil once

Just make sure you get those extra filters it is unuseable as a Scuba compressor without the extra filters

@@ConnerHolifield He,He, If You like outdoors, Even if you live far from the Beach, Local rivers and reservoirs are good places to start snorkeling and eventually Scuba. My Dad was a Fisherman/Spear fisherman, I build my first slingshot at about 6-8 yrs of age, Got my first speargun at 10, and and Air rifle at 11. Dad didn't care about hunting or firearms, But My Mon gave me a very fine 12Ga Shotgun when about 18 yrs. But I developed a liking for all of them, Angle Fishing, Spear fishing and Hunting. Most of my life was spearfishing, Became a very good Hunter, and also love Shooting. If You are still a Courious Kid, you have a Lifetime ahead to experiment the Joys of being Outdoors, Above and underwater. Give it A try
