Why are so many uncomfortable with the public display of compassion?
@AsbjornJonasson7 жыл бұрын
It seems that the juxtapose this with their notion of people threatening society and those who are tolerant allowing in to happen. Thus, the fact that this video promotes tolerance and togetherness, values that only lead to better lives of all people, becomes a negative. Likely, most of those who comment are American, since the unhealthy political climate in the United States has turned everyone very black and white over there.
@AsbjornJonasson7 жыл бұрын
Mr. Anderson, I'm not sure what you mean about it not being genuine. If you mean that the people in the video are actors, I highly doubt it. If they were, it wouldn't change the reality of the video, and the point would remain the same. So, it's confusing what exactly you think it being portrayed in a false light by this video.

We then grow up and want to be appreciated and understood, but seldom are so we protect ourselves as a defense mechanism. We all develop some kind of complex or try to compensate for lack of confidence in one way or another. The film showed us how much more we are alike than not. Go deeper than personality differences. I grew up in a small farming community but started to learn this at the university. Through many travels and exposures to other peoples and other cultures I learned that as human beings, we have much more in common than we have differences. We all love and care about someone. We have mothers, fathers, family or close friends that we care about. We want to succeed. We want to make a difference. We are basically the same inside. This is beautiful.

Revoremus, While I obviously agree that it's ridiculous I think there's a couple of obvious reasons for that view. One is that a lot of people just seem to use "I'm bisexual" as a "middle ground" when coming out as gay, probably because they think it'll be easier on the parents, friends etc. The other is that bisexuality (Or claiming it anyway) basically became a fad about 10 years ago or whatever. Most of them would never be with anyone of their own gender at all but they still claimed to be bisexual because that sent the message that they were "hip", tolerant, open-minded etc. Obviously neither of those things change the fact that bisexuality is real though so it's sort of a shame for actual bisexuals I think. Obviously it's possible to be attracted to both genders, why wouldn't it be?

Denmark is not hate free, or perfect and it's not always easy to be of any other color, sexuality or etnicity than heterosexual scandinavian white in Denmark. Just like any other country, we struggle. Just like any other citizen, I’m not always proud of what happens here. Just like any other Dane or human in this world, I am not just like any other, I am me. A combination of so many things that there’s bound to be flaws in me, no matter how hard I try to fight them. None os us are the same. Even though we might look the same, like the same, work as the same, feel the same, believe the same, we are not the same.But we share things. We share passions, interests, jobs, religions, emotions, experiences, types of cars we drive and even the kind of toothpaste we use. So what’s the point of us vs. them? What this video showcases is that no matter how different we are, we share so much with each other. There’s no them or they. In my opinion, there’s only us - all of us. Remember all that we share before you decide that someone else is worth less than you.

Thought the same .. in the video you see so much friendly, openminded people .. and some comments here are just the reminder, that there is so much senseless hate between people, who just dont want to see happy people, because thereself are sad, depressed and really disgusted of life and herself, inside. This Video is not just a Tvchannelpromotion .. its a appeal against generalization and senseless angry, on the other side a call for friendship and humanity!!

Tucna Fucna If you're not in the LGBTQ+, you'll never know how scary it can be to come out. You live in fear of if your family and friends are going to accept you or hate upon you. If you're going to be judged. Coming out in public takes immense courage.

came here from Russell Brand's Channel - thanks for showing us how much we share with people, about who the general system of categorization tells us that we have nothing in common with. Cheers

I just used 20 minutes reporting comments on this video. 9/10 were about any bad comment about being Muslim. It's really a tragedy.

I know one shouldn't put the blame on the victim of hate, but that is what happens when you let your religion be taken hostage by Wahabism and Salafism.

Quotenwagnerianer But who's blaming Christians for KKK?
@Quotenwagnerianer7 жыл бұрын
Is the KKK actively spreading terror outside the U.S.? If not then I wouldn't call that a good comparism.

Quotenwagnerianer It's actually been for a couples of years, and even nazis are coming back. You don't hear anything about it, because they're white.

If one doesn't hear about it, it's probably for the same reason as why no one heard about the Bowling Green Massacre.

Love this video...thanks for sharing. If only people learn to be human again! We as humans must acknowledge that we caused this divide by not being tolerant of each other irrespective of our race, gender, religion and culture. We can restore it.

this video was shown at my school and they censored the "had sex in the last week" bit, which is understandable. but they also censored the part "we who are bisexual". hypocritical nonsense. anyway i hope that guy is having a great day, loved the video
