All political differences aside, I'm proud to be danish. I'm proud to be young and a part of the forever evolving globalized society that preaches love, acceptance and strength. The world is far from perfect but videos like these are beautiful because it reminds everyone of what society all around the world should be like; full of love and genuine acceptance of one another.

Notice how the video wasn't about race or religion. It was about emotions and facts about the people. "You make this much" "They lived here" "You had this happen to you" Because those are what are truly making the inequality. Race or religion or gender or orientation don't decide where you are in life, wealth and class do.

Religion in denmark is differend, People dont use it to argue. And also denmark was the first country to legalise same sex marrige, so its not the same as in united states. But yeah he is so cool still

It is important to realize that people are not born to be judgemental. Our parents, peers, teachers and social environment fuel that judgement. Nowadays it is easier to get in contact with other cultures and worlds, but for these elders it is hard to let go of the judgements and believes they were raised with. It is all they know. And it is hard to let go of that certainty and commit their ignorance.
