What i like about this guy is that he is observant and never tries to impose his morals or sense of justice on others and is never quick to judge a situation until he has the full picture, he also leaves people to deal with the consequences of their actions if they refuse to listen to reason.

He isn’t perfect, nobody is, but that’s what makes him a lot more endearing and interesting as we see him grow as a person thanks to the people he help throughout the story.

@@damonlam9145 Exactly, him being an adult, he avoids the hot headedness of the common isekai protagonist, is flawed and quirky, but fundamentally a good person.

@@TheSpawnfan plus compared to most Isekai protagonists with OP ability, Sensey abilities while overpowered is still very restrictive and conditional so it isn’t something he or his party actively rely on and still have to resort to their strengths and wits to beat their opponents. And adding to that Sensey still struggles, suffer some losses and faces many antagonists that challenge his ideals. (I read the most recent chapter raws and let’s just say those antagonist were introduced in the most recent translated chapters but we don’t see them in any major action until later on in the story. Wouldn’t mind spoiling more, but I’ll keep it at that for your enjoyment sake)

@@andyalain6212 Overlord focuses a lot on the effects the main character has on the rest of the world. It's usually not a positive effect, after all, you're following a villain.

This guy is at the same time weak but has an OP skill with a huge caveat. This work plays with the concept of a poorly chosen hero and sometimes subverts it, or, as our parents once told us "don't judge a book by it's cover"

I do actually recommend this one. This anime is about a suicidal author named Osamu Dazai who was about commit double suicide with his lover only to get Isekai but only wants to find his lover to commit double suicide again in this world. This anime is not your typical isekai and without spoiling much, there is no bs harem , Truck-kun is an actual job in this isekai and tricks you into thinking you are watching a typical isekai only to subverts your expectations.
