If everyone in the world blinked at the same moment, that would be the most amazing coincidence but nobody would ever notice because when it happened we would all have our eyes closed.

The government let Woolworths buy out heaps of their major competitors. Smaller abattoirs across the state closed as a result, so that now most of the meat in the state is processed through abattoirs that are owned or exclusively providing to Coles/Woolworths. Less competition + supply restrictions + inflation = higher prices for us.

1kg Watsonia cheese $2.99. Imagine finding meat cheaper than beef or lamb these days. The dairy farmers really were rorting us back then.

Was the Mi-Sex 1979 song "Computer Games" actually featured in the War Games movie? or just added by the local Perth TV station for the ad?
