Its funny how the backstory is how she was normally reporting the flood then the water level rose in the area where she was reporting. A couple saw this just kinda jokingly asked to carry her, she let them and it was just a all around funny interaction. You can even see bystanders laughing and smiling. Then the internet ruined this lady's life based on a single photo with no context. Classic internet, shes a fool for forgetting to constantly walk on eggshells.
