This has left a big opening for corruption. How can dean get such classified documentation. Clearly the speaker of Parliament (with M7's approval OfCourse) is using dean okuba NUP just like she did spy and destroy FDC from within. M7 and team came in 1985 (sworn in January 1986). How much money have they stolen since? you know Uganda used to help UAE with finances and food back in the 70's? and we were even ahead of Kenya and many African and Asian countries? You're all being diverted from the core culprits. NUP has only arrived on the scene in 2018.A real investigation would start from 1986 and go after everyone that has stolen state funds since. That'd be a true and proper investigation. The CEO of a company is responsible for it's Good or Poor performance. M7 needs to be fired from the company called Uganda by its shareholders (Ugandans). M7 has failed to follow his own 10-point program and his book titled "What is Africa's main problem?". He has become the very things he criticized specifically leaders who overstay in power. His own words will Judge him in the end. Dean would be mysteriously shot dead if he tried to investigate the gov't since 1986. So dean si Jjembe but a mere fingernail being used to scratch an itch from a small mosquito bite called NUP.
