All those environmentalists keep harping on about cows farting on belching, these same people never mention the pollution that is immitted from road transport or air craft, example a Boeing 737- 800 series burns 3000 ltrs of kerosene per hour, how many of these aircraft land and take-off from Dublin airport every day?. Now we are being told that Dublin air port needs another runway, the new catch phrase is, that Ireland needs to stay connected. In this case nobody gives a fiddlers about the environment. We have had cattle and sheep in Ireland for century's without any problem. Fair play to Michael Fitzmaurice- I sincerely hope that we have far more like minded people in parament after the next election.

The removal or partial removal of an ethnicity or CULTURE from an area. Farming is very much a culture that is being partially removed in this case so maybe cultural cleansing would be more precise but he’s not far wrong if you check out the definition.
