I guess sometimes there is the need. In this world that is a human world. 🥸 The king in office said "want wind, gets wind, want rain, gets rain". But he has other worries. Today it is feasible...redirect water, wind turbines, mechanics to project wind path (not yet?), etc. But what if you don't want -- wind or rain?? 😔. King is restricted to only 2 choices for heir to throne. Worrisome! I didn't mean he should have many children, as past royalty often used this strategy. But only 2 is rather 😕
