產品設計師巫雅歷與市場部主任閔家華情如手足，受老闆高偉霆賞識，卻被總務部主管車詠嫻弄權令二人升職無望，二人對公司失望；家華暗中與印籍好友盛小龍合作私幫生意。雅歷女友甯寧靜加入公司，與雅歷聯手將詠嫻擊退並升任經理，家華亦當上老闆。二人在環境逆轉下漸漸轉變，開始向下屬施壓，同樣犯上「老闆十宗罪」！急進的八十後巫健兒為求盡快買樓，誤買了凶宅；期間，健兒結識姚以朗，以為是「筍盤」，及後發現是「爛尾盤」！
