The interview was right on cause and the interviewee stayed right on the questions asked so, there was no need for them to be that rigid. It only seemed like they did all the talking instead while trying so hard to "argue" a point with the interviewee instead of ask questions and allow him his fair share of speaking time. They didn't appear to be interested in anything he had to say but rather rattled through the questions without capturing any tangible answers/information while yelling over him...this is completely flawed and very crass
