I think this is very important. But what I will suggest is that we have to first of all understand what is cancer, then understand what is prostate cancer, and then understand the different possible causes of prostate cancer aside from sexual reasons or hormonal reasons. It might still be possible that your prostate may not be linked to a sexual problem. So what about the other possible causes of prostate cancer? If sexual or hormonal reasons do not account for more than 35% of the problem, then it doesn't need to be so much emphasised because the other reasons will still be accounting for 65% of the problem. Just my humble opinion.

We should be talking about screening. The government should adopt a regular screening program for any male adult older than 40. A yearly screening that will include prostate scan and PSA. That way, there would be an early detection of prostate disease. That is definitely a primary form of prevention. There is no true relationship between ejaculation frequency and prostate cancer. It's just a hypothesis. A lot of factors contributes to the development of a disease and it is wrong to focus on one factor in isolation. An oldies who lived up to his 90s didn't achieve this through ejaculation. We all know that men of many generations ago ate fresh food, exercised on the farm and were very regular with natural fruits. Our diet has changed significantly to the point that almost nothing is natural. It is illogical to compare the health outcomes of our forefathers with ours. Frequent ejaculation was not the reason why they lived longer.
