These Money rituals are different from invasion, and bombing of citizens in civil unrests. This is 21st century our youth must be helped, before they fall victims into the hands of unrepentant sinners preying on their souls to commit crimes in desperation for survival. Guns are easily available in Nigeria, by criminal elements. More control on ammunitions is needed to curb distributors looking for income by trading with criminals in disguise of buying for personal protection or gaming for hunting. Amnesty to these traders are important for the police to register the gun suppliers to terrorists networks in Africa. The dismissed military personnel needs support to gain tangible employment, rather than being drawn into banditry groups to fend for a means of survival. All these old communities haven't changed since independence. The village Communities need new accommodation, and welfare system, including tourism support local commerce.
